- Shipping is free with US territories. 2-Day UPS shipping is our preferred shipping method.
- All items are processed to be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your payment.
- Shipping Address must be confirmed otherwise your payment will be rejected.
- We ship Monday to Friday, 10am-4 pm Eastern Time.
- Shipping includes insurance via UPS within the USA and FedEx within International Shipments. Most items ship within 3 business days. Certain items and special orders may take up to 10 business days. Due to our insurance policy we do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. We reserve the right to withdraw mutually any sale if the buyer cannot provide address confirmation.
- We use Flat Rate shipping cost for International shipments $50. But it can be higher for rural areas. Please contact us before buying for shipping cost for your location.
- International customers may be subject to customs taxes & import duties. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping and handling fees paid to our company. For international shipments Check with your local customs office for more information about fees.
- Furthermore, please do not ask us to tamper with customs forms. Under NO circumstances we will value it at less than what you paid for the merchandise. Such actions are highly illegal.

30 DAYS RETURN:
All purchased diamond items have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee from date of receipt. If you received a diamond or diamond jewelry, and do not like it for any reason, simply call or email us for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. If any sizing, setting, damage or alterations have been done to the diamond or the setting by anyone other than adamcodiamonds.com the diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry cannot be returned. Any custom made piece of jewelry may not be returned. Once we receive and accept your returned item, your refund (or new item if you are exchanging) will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your returned diamond ring, or piece of jewelry, it will be reviewed by our quality assurance department in order to insure there have been no modifications or damage. When returning an item, please place all original packaging in a box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate.
There is never a restocking fee for returned items.
Special Orders
Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customers pre-existing diamond or a diamond purchased from adamcodiamonds.com are not returnable. Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return.

FREE SHIPPING
Our diamonds are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS overnight. All shipments are insured and must be signed for. If we are shipping in the United States there is no additional fee for shipping. International orders will be shipped 3 day Fed-Ex Int with an additional shipping charge.
Once we have received and verified your payment, all of our in-stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. This includes clarity enhanced diamonds, certified diamonds, diamond engagement rings, and other diamond jewelry. Diamond wedding bands and special orders that we do not have immediately in stock will typically ship within 2-3 weeks. If you are considering a special order or an item we don’t currently have in stock, we will discuss the expected shipping date with you during your purchase.
